Dalkeith Heights Retirement Village
This is a Retirement Village in Traralgon consisting of a central community building with restaurant, chemist, hairdresser, offices and library; an apartment building, accommodating 18 units; and 154 villas in 3 stages.
PGA was engaged to undertake the full survey, engineering design and documentation, tendering and contract administration of the works.

- Demolition works on site for the existing hospital complex.
- The provision of two new high voltage substations to supply power to the site.
- Maintaining the operation of the existing Aged Care Facility during demolition and construction activities.
- Provision of stormwater reuse on site by means of water tanks and on-site retention.
- All road infrastructure designed and constructed to suit aged residents.
- A central community building, recreational facilities and car parking.
