Ikea—Harvey Norman Development, Springvale
This is a major combined multi-storey commercial development on the south-east corner of the arterial road intersections of Westall Road and Dandenong Road. The joint developer team initially engaged PGA for assistance with the planning phase including strategy for dealing with on-site contamination from previous land use activities.
Subsequently PGA provided the detailed design of the external road augmentation and major intersection upgrade, service relocations and internal ground floor civil engineering work involving car parking, drainage and associated intersection treatments for entry/exit from the site.
In the construction phase, PGA was novated to the constructor, Probuild, and assisted in on-site management of construction activities including service relocation.
