Lyndarum - Epping North
Lyndarum is a master-planned development comprising 1400 allotments and promotes a neighbourhood emphasis with contemporary and innovative design. It has a mix of residential lots and medium density sites together with a primary school, commercial and an aged care site all set amongst a mature redgum environment.

- Providing overall budget estimates and development advice.
- Engineering due diligence investigation and engineering development costing provided for joint venture site.
- Monthly reporting and special reporting to Joint Venture financier (BOS International Ltd) for all projects on the JV site.
- Planning support through Functional Layout Plans for endorsement under the planning permit.
- Assessment and design of external services including stormwater retarding facilities, an outfall drain, and other main drainage, for Melbourne Water.
- Responsibility for design and contract administration of civil works on 20 stages, over 12 medium density sites, arterial road intersection upgrades, duplication of a future collector road, a Branch Sewer along Epping Road, three sets of retarding basins and wetlands with outfall drains with much of this work proceeding in parallel.
- Liaison with all servicing authorities and Council on various aspects of the project.
- Some land surveying and engineering surveying work.
