In his role as Managing Director, which he took over upon his father’s retirement, Nigel manages PGA’s continued success with an ongoing focus on continuing lasting relationships with clients and industry peers and maintaining PGA’s strong and dedicated team. Nigel is motivated to build a clear and inspiring strategy for business growth and delivering high quality surveying and engineering solutions for our clients, which has been the trademark of PGA since its inception in 1972.
Having commenced his engineering career in regional Victoria, Nigel joined PGA in 2001. He combines more than 25 years of technical engineering, design, and project management experience, with a demonstrated history of delivering efficient and sustainable outcomes in the civil and surveying industry.
As both a professional engineer and business leader, he has spearheaded the management of PGA’s portfolio of both small and larger infrastructure projects, successfully achieving consistent growth and maintaining an experienced and loyal team, with a focus on collaboration and a results based approach with clients.
