Jacksons Hill is a significant residential estate in Sunbury comprising 193 ha with 42 ha of public space. The project commenced in 1997 and was completed in 2020.

PGA undertook the civil engineering on this estate which was designed to create an enjoyable lifestyle whilst being aware of the natural environment. It offers modern amenities and a vibrant community life for around 3,000 people.
