Luma Sunshine North is a new neighbourhood in Melbourne’s west on the site of the former City West Water Office.

PGA is undertaking the surveying and engineering on the project which will provide approximately 300 townhouses, all within close proximity to the new Luma Park and other green spaces.

The project area is 12.5 ha with open space of 3,600m2 and work on the project commenced in 2016.
